This entails developing annual operating budgets, daily invoice processing, and collection of charter revenues where applicable, cash disbursements, and monthly financial reporting. Proper financial controls and measures are in place to monitor expenditures and to ensure minimum variances between budgeted and actual financial performance. Our monthly management reports are detailed by trip so that each mission flown measures revenue and expenses. We are in constant negotiations with insurers, fuel providers and other service entities to ensure the best prices. We maintain financial records in accordance with US accounting principles.
